The Limitation of Matter

TABLE OF CONTENTS

The indication has been given that Matter is and always has been the habitation of Evil. It does not follow, however, that matter existed throughout all space at any time in the indefinite past, but rather that, in an exceeding attenuated form, prior to its concentration, limits were prescribed and assigned to it by the One God in His ineffability (see, also, Mos. Sys. and Cod. Arg. P. 67). For untold aeons the material status thus set forth may have remained unchanged; and in which neither Good nor Evil manifested in entitial forms their diverse inherences. By and through the limitation, however, the One God, in his own due season, concentrated this matter, and inaugurated the fulfilments whereby both Good and Evil came to their own through the experiences dominating a peculiar fruition.

By according illimitability to Matter comprehension fails, and the heavens become one vast yard of death upon whose desert worlds the sprites that once had shared their touch of light and life see, beyond, naught for hope of restoration to them. The limitation of Matter, however, carries with it promises of the banishment of desolation and death, and that a newness will follow in the beyond consonant with supernal ordainment of the One God.
