The Four Ages of Man |
|||
It has come to my wonderful attention, in my quest for sacred knowledge, that the beautiful elucidations of Edward Latch, whose critiques and publications are contained within, have re-revealed the veiled mysteries of the ages, and now with this website, all can witness as I have. When researching the cause of past cataclysms by impacts from celestial objects, I recovered these magnificent works of over a century ago, and now, today, here, I present them to the World, once again, as a witness of the secret of the mystery that has blinded mankind's eyes for centuries. With a certain University Library stating no copyright restrictions from this project, we go on. For it was told, "that the gospel shall be preached in the world unto all nations for a witness; and then shall the end be." The world wide web is permitting me to preach what is written, unto all nations for a witness. We, I and you, and all those who have passed before us, find ourselves in the Fourth Age of mankind. The "Fourth Horse" are we. The "Pale Rider" is "Death", and rides our backs. We find ourselves in the 7th Creative Day, during which the Most High rests from his labors. We are living in the last days of the "18th Epoch"; of the "Grand Epoch"; during the "Pisonic Age" of "The Four Ages". The last race of man, known as the "Pale Race" of mankind, we are the last to receive the transmission of iniquity as handed down through blood and characteristics from our 'grancestors'; the "Gihonics", and unto them from the "Hiddekelics"; and unto them from the "Euphratics"; Divine in it's origin...
"The great Law of Iniquity, in
which the iniquity of the fathers is visited upon the children, and upon
the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
Divine in its origin, laid down from the beginning, and upon which
hinges the plan of the redemption of man as recorded in the Scriptures."
Those being the past three ages of mankind, prior to our "Pisonic Age". Our days were numbered at ~7,860 years. The journey begins, for you, for truth, and faith. For no other reference was used, for the following elucidation, other than the King James Holy Bible, as issued by the American Bible Society, New York, 1860.

"The Sacred Records clearly call for the existence of man—a chosen instrumentality in God's great Purpose by Election—far beyond the conventional six thousand years from the so-called Adam and progenitor of the human family. If man did exist back of this Adam, and if the Scriptures are given by inspiration, then the Scriptures will surely harmonize in this particular also by giving man his proper place in the history of the world. The Ages of Man once established, and the instrumentality of man (see Deut. vii. 6-14) once established, then the wonders of God in his great Purpose will become manifest to hosts that shall be "as the sand which is upon the sea shore" for number; hence the indications are that every point that is set or that shall be set upon a sure foundation by the hand of true science will confirm Scriptural truth, and bear fruit that will endure forever in the Kingdom of Righteousness."
The vail thrown over the Sacred Records is an undeniable proof of their inspiration. The harmonious interpretations of the various types and figures are not merely coincidences. Simple history, with a plain, obvious moral, is not the proper interpretation of the Scriptures. No, it cannot be; the evidences to the contrary are too palpable, the inspiration is too manifest, the Master-mind which guides, dictates, and governs all is too plainly indicated for any such view. The work from Moses down has been progressive, and there has been no change in the plans of the great work. By the death and resurrection of the Saviour the redemption of man is an accomplished fact, and to him are the sheep of the four folds gathered together. The measure of the iniquity of the Amorites, "however," is not yet full, but the time is rapidly approaching when "the dreadful day of the Lord" shall come, and the books shall be opened, and the Ancient of days shall sit in judgment.
What does this allegory represent? It represents four independent
consecutive creations of men, and their ages or epochs; the eldest of
which (see Diagram 1) is the river
Euphrates, and which corresponds with the opening of the first seal in
the vision of St. John the Divine. The age is called the Euphratic age,
from the river Euphrates. It was peopled by a white race, as indicated
in Rev. vi. 1, 2;
Lam. iv. 7;
Zech. vi. 3;
Song of Sol. v. 10. The
white or Euphratic race was created about the year B.C. 29,789, and was
destroyed by volcanic eruption and earthquake about the year B.C.
21,414.
1st Age - Euphratic - The White Race
The river Hiddekel is representative of the Hiddekelic, or Second, race
and age, and it corresponds with the second seal of the vision of St.
John. The people of this age were red in color, as indicated in
Rev. vi.
3, 4; Lam. iv. 7; Zech. vi. 1;
Song of Sol. iv. 12-14; and, as a race,
is called the Hiddekelic, from the river Hiddekel. It was created about
the year B.C. 23,017, and perished by famine about the year B.C. 12,098.
2nd Age - Hiddekelic - The Red Race
The Third race and age is represented by the river Gihon, and it
corresponds with the opening of the third seal in the vision of St.
John. The color of this race was black, as indicated in
Rev. vi. 5, 6;
Lam. iv. 7;
Zech. vi. 2;
Song of Sol. i. 5, 6. It is called the Gihonic
race, from the river Gihon, which also came out of the garden of Eden.
It was created about the year B.C. 13,465, and was swept away by the
great deluge of Noah about the year B.C. 2241.
3rd Age - Gihonic - The Black Race
The Fourth race and age is represented by the river Pison, and it
corresponds with the fourth seal of the vision of St. John. The
distinctive color of this race —which is that of the present day— is
pale (see Rev. vi. 7, 8). It was created
about the year B.C. 3897, and is called the Pisonic or Pale race. Thus
the rivers of Eden are emblematic of four consecutive ages of men.
4th Age - Pisonic - The Pale Race
Moreover, by the Scriptures, Assyria is emblematic of the First or
Euphratic age; the east, of the Second or Hiddekelic age; and the south
indicates the Third or Gihonic age; consequently the east of Assyria is
emblematic of the Hiddekelic age, while Ethiopia, which lies to the
south of Eden, also indicates the Gihonic age; which leaves the Fourth
or Pisonic age, with its mineral wealth and fossil substance, to the
west; therefore, in the figure of the rivers of Eden, the Four Ages of
Man are represented by the terms north, east, south, and west, —Assyria
relating to the north.
It is manifest that three of these ages are under the veil, but, their
existence having been indicated by type and figure, the history of the
Fourth age is taken up, and set forth, filled with, or as allegory
bearing upon, the whole four. In Diagram 1, a, a indicate the four heads of the river of Eden (see also Ps. xlvi. 4); b, b indicate the first four seals of the vision of St. John (see Rev. vi. 1-8); c, c indicate the four races of men of Adam’s race, together with their respective color, and the order of their creation; d, d also indicate the Four Ages through the four cardinal points of the compass; e, e indicate the names of the Four Ages of Man; f, f indicate the Four Ages as four countries.
Iniquity and its whereabouts becomes a consideration of the greatest importance in the grand work of the overthrow. The law of iniquity existed when the first man fell, and in consequence thereof the iniquity of the first transgressor fell upon his son, and the iniquity of the son fell upon his son; the iniquity of each individual generation fell upon the next; the iniquity of one creation fell upon the next creation; the iniquity of Euphrates fell upon Hiddekel; the iniquity of Hiddekel fell upon Gihon; the iniquity of Gihon fell upon Pison; and the iniquity of the whole fell upon whom? Why, it fell upon him to whom the whole was given, upon him who redeemed the whole, upon him who suffered for the whole. Can it be wondered at that "a horror of great darkness fell upon him"? Is it possible to realize the extent of this burden? Where could another be found to assume it? Is it not enough to make the world tremble? Was not the day in which this terrible trial was inaugurated the commencement of the grandest epoch in all our known or imagined history? There in array were the hosts of heaven in all the grandeur of their eternal magnificence; there the powers of darkness, grouped in eager expectation, awaited the coming of one upon whose success or failure depended the fate of their kingdom. These all awaited and watched the advent. But where was man while such momentous events were transpiring? He knows nothing of them; the ploughman ploughs in unconcern, the reaper reaps, the sun goes down in peace, and he forgets himself in slumber. Blind to all, the grand struggle for his redemption is inaugurated, progresses, and he perceives it not, but it was seen of angels.
In accordance, therefore, with the
law, the iniquity of the Gihons fell upon Adam's race. Cain, after he
had slain his brother, went into the land of Nod, on the east of Eden,
and dwelt there. It is quite probable that he took a wife of the Gihons,
and the iniquity of that race was at once transmitted to the race of
Adam. But later, the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and
they bare children to them. Here it is stated plainly enough that the
two races were intermingled; and, without referring to Cain, it is seen
how the iniquity of one generation of men was handed down to another. As
progress is made, the existence of the law of iniquity will become more
and more manifest.
By the above verses man was created and brought forth as a governing creature, but where it is stated, let them have dominion over every living thing that moveth upon the earth, the endowment is one of exceedingly great magnitude. If man is invested with this wonderful power, where are the visible evidences of its fruit? Are there none? Is existing man a governing creature in the full sense expressed by the text, or is he not? It is evident that he is not, and if not, wherein lies the essence of the command? The essence lies hidden under a great veil which enshrouds much of the Sacred Writings; but it will become manifest by the lifting of the veil that there is a man "who shall rule all nations with a rod of iron," and he shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.'' This man was brought forth before Adam dwelt upon the earth; this man will be recognizable by the magnitude of his endowments, by the greatness of his power, and by his wonderful works; and with these he will pierce the veil of mystery at every step, and throw aside the covering which conceals the everlasting jewels from the light. "The Scriptures have
repeatedly called attention to the existence of the vail, and the dark
sayings and parables with which they are clothed. If this fact be not
kept in mind continually, the solution of the Scriptures will become
almost wholly of a moral nature. The strength of these writings,
therefore, is made manifest by a proper interpretation of its parables,
many of which have been solved in the years past, and given forth to the
world for its guidance and instruction.
